Grant Research & Proposal Development: Works in close collaboration with Grants & Program Innovation Manager, as well as internal and external teams, to develop government grant proposals-from preliminary planning and writing to submission and post-award contracting and modification-and conduct research into evidence based/emerging practices, case studies, funding opportunities, and more
Project Management: Leads special collaborative projects involving a wide variety of staff members where task execution and completion require attention to detail and independent judgement. **Minimum Qualifications**
Two (2) years of professional contract and/or grant development experience;

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to be highly organized, determine priorities, balancing a variety of duties running concurrently and work under time pressure.
