Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in grant management, budgeting, or fiscal administration. Proven experience with federal grants (CDC, HRSA, or similar). Strong financial and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience working with nonprofit or municipal agencies strongly preferred.
