About this Position
The Grant Evaluation Coordinator will work in collaboration with the COMPACT Program Manager to implement the activities of the OSU Community Wellness Program's COMPACT( Community Prevention, Advocacy, Counseling, and Treatment) Program servicing Tulsa, Payne, Osage, Pawnee, Creek, and Okmulgee Counties. The Grant Evaluation Coordinator must be able to work independently and within a team environment. The Grant Evaluation Coordinator will work in collaboration with the Program Manager and Grant Coordinator and will coordinate evaluation efforts of the funded project which includes conducting assessments, surveys, trainings, assists in the organization of testing events, provides technical assistance, develops and disseminates messaging and awareness campaign materials, and attends local, state and regional meetings as required. The Grant Evaluation Coordinator will: a) identify community needs and gaps in services and network with community agencies, including healthcare professionals. b) provides expertise on alcohol, tobacco, and other drug (ATOD) and their linkage to HIV. c) maintains contact with communities including local governments, schools, and community coalitions. d) Recruits advocacy volunteers and stakeholders who serve the at risk racial/ethnic emergent population. The Grant Evaluation Coordinator exhibits effectiveness in developing and conforming to policies and procedures; supports organizational commitments and goals, completes tasks in line with established budgets and schedules. Maintains complete, accurate and current records. Prepares and delivers presentations to address gaps in knowledge and services. Submits all required reports in a timely and efficient manner.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Public Health, Behavioral Science, Education, Marketing and Public Relations, or related field (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
One year of related experience.
Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:
Must possess a valid driver's license and dependable transportation. Both in-state and out-of-state travel may be necessary to provide and/or receive training and technical assistance related to digital accessibility. Typical work hours fall between Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but some evening and weekend hours may be required.

* Checks for accuracy and provides complex troubleshooting error resolutions/solutions for fund profile setups and financial reports.

* Assists DA in reconciling funds and monitoring spending levels, overdrafts, and cost sharing commitments.
Proposal/Grant Management
* Performs pre-award job duties in response to specific proposal guidelines and terms and conditions.
* Works with faculty in proposal preparation and submission.
* Manages budgeting, analysis, justifications for proposals; gathers information for protocols and non-technical proposal components as needed.
* Serves as a liaison between the Chair, Faculty, and Department Administrators (DAs).
* Stays current on federal and university developments regarding research administration and complex regulations.
* May coordinate the submission, work with PI to prepare budget, and obtain pricing quotes from other departments.
* Compiles and ensures accurate regulatory compliance of necessary data collected from various sources.
* Works with Principal Investigator to compile and submit the entire grant according to established agency/university guidelines.
* Prepares and reviews all agency forms for submission.
* Enters grant budgeting documents on line, as needed.
* Obtains PI and institutional signatures for proposal submissions.
* Sets up subawards in the SUBSsystem.
* Coordinates with OSRS to ensure timely implementation of contracts and subcontracts by examining and supplying the necessary requirements in the SUBS system.
Award Management
* Provides internal notice of award (NOA), including sponsor award documents, to SPA and PI, noting any special terms and conditions as well as committed effort.
* Monitors and works with PI to submit annual agency reports (e.g., Research Performance Progress Reports/RPPRs).
* Oversees and coordinates the proper transfer of PI grants and contracts into Wash U.
Research Compliance
* Coordinates the necessary support with internal and external requests for grant-related information (i.e. current biosketches, trainee information, and human/animal protocol approvals, other support).
Research Reporting
* Tracks and maintains online database of grants submitted, awarded, rejected, etc.
Grant Closeout
* Serves as responsible for closure of sponsored projects accounts.
* Submits final progress report and invention statement (if applicable) to the appropriate agency.
* Follows up with PI and facilitates submission of delinquent final technical, outcomes, patent, and property reports.
Performs other duties as assigned including assisting senior leadership with special projects as requested.

About This Role

Duties/Responsibilities:

Position Summary & Responsibilities
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the financial management of all federal grants received by the Department and all state block grants awarded to community corrections agencies. The incumbent will routinely work with the program managers of the various competitive and formula grants, review grant applications and grant adjustment notifications, track federal outlays and match funds, prepare and submit quarterly and final financial status reports, and keep the Director of Finance informed on all financial matters pertaining to federal grants. The incumbent must be knowledgeable in federal cost principles and guidelines, cost allocation, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, state accounting standards, and the Statewide Management, Accounting and Reporting Tool (SMART).
Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Financial management of formula grants issued by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and other federal agencies. Issues grants to selected subgrantees, receive and reviews subgrantee quarterly reports for accuracy and completeness. Provides technical assistance to subgrantees as needed. Submits draw requests. Tracks total grant expenditures and obligations by expenditure category and by purpose area. Submits invoices for payment vouchers. Reviews and approves travel reimbursements, grant payments, and contractual payments. Compiles subgrantee, contractor, and agency expenditures for preparation and submission of the agency's quarterly financial report to the awarding agency. Financial management of competitively awarded grants. Tracks total grant expenditures and obligations by expenditure category to ensure expenditures do not exceed approved line items. Reviews requisitions to ensure request are in compliance with the project scope and budget as approved by the awarding agency. Submits invoices for payment vouchers. Reviews and approves travel reimbursements, grant payments, and contractual payments. Compiles subgrantee, contractor, and agency expenditures for preparation and submission of financial reports to awarding agency. Submits draw requests. Coordinates with appropriate program manager to ensure compliance with federal guidelines and/or interagency memorandum of understanding. Provides technical assistance to grant managers as needed.
Financial management of state block grants to community corrections agencies for the operation of county-operated adult probation supervision programs, juvenile intake and assessment, intensive supervision, and case management programs, juvenile delinquency prevention programs, evidence-based juvenile intervention programs totaling over $51.6 million annually. Supervises an Accountant II who maintains grantees accounting.
Approve Medicaid payments for adult offenders. Prepare and submit monthly reports to health care contract monitor and tract deductions made to health care contractor invoices. Represent the agency at Medicaid Chief Fiscal Officer meetings and any other inter-agency meeting pertaining to Medicaid Services.
Complete appropriate federal financial management training as necessary.
Periodically review and update appropriate fiscal policies and procedures to maintain compliance with federal financial requirements.
Work with appropriate fiscal and human resources staff to establish and maintain an accounting structure which segregates financial data for each individual federal award from other awards and state funds.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Four years of experience in professional accounting/auditing work. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
Substitution: Bachelor's/Advanced Degree in Accounting.

Insight Global is searching for a Creative Copywriter to join the team of a large retail company. This person will be responsible for writing engaging content about exciting new products, crafts, and décor styles. They will work alongside a team of creatives, artists, and trend specialists to create persuasive copy for digital and print media, product instruction, craft explanations, video scripts, trend publications, project guides, etc. This person will research a variety of subjects to write informative and inspirational copy that will reach retail customers and business professionals. The Creative Copywriter will also proofread and modify copy to convey core messages and target audiences. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-motivated creative thinker with excellent conceptualization and communication skills, and highly skilled in proofreading and editing, with an eye for language, flow, and grammar. This person must be an open-minded team player who takes constructive feedback gracefully and works collaboratively towards the bigger picture.

Skills and Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in creative copywriting for digital and print media
- Excellent research skills to write informative and inspirational content on a variety of subjects
- Strong proofreading and editing skills
- Strong knowledge and ability to navigate Google and Microsoft Suite products
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of creatives, artists, and trend specialists
- Ability to take constructive feedback to improve the quality of the content
- Strong conceptualization and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work in a deadline-driven environment
