Job Summary
The GrantsWriter is a member of the Development Team and is a liaison between Rx Outreach and foundation partners. The GrantsWriter is responsible for researching, preparing, submitting, and managing grant proposals/reports that support company goals and meet foundation funding guidelines and criteria. This person serves as the primary grantwriter, assists in managing funder relationships, engages in compliance reporting, and supports special project initiatives. This position requires strong writing, data analysis, program budgeting, project management skills, with an emphasis on clear writing and outcome measurement.
Key Responsibilities
Grant proposal development and submission'preparing and organizing materials for proposals, and submitting and monitoring grant applications'including:
Drafting proposals/LOIs, grant application narratives, and budgets and collaborate to finalize with development, program and finance staff
Submitting grant applications
Maintaining master calendar of grants and prospects and all associated files and correspondence
Maintaining library of grant support documents including resumes, bios, IRS forms, Board/staff lists, etc.
Executing thank you letters, tax letters and facilitating grant contracts/ agreements
Working with Data Manager and Financial Team to maintain grant compliance and reporting, including outcome measurement and grant budgets
Monitoring and maintaining funder reporting schedules and requirements
Assisting Development Team in drafting compelling progress reports and targeted program updates to funders that fully capture programmatic success; and
Assembling all necessary supporting materials and documents including budget reports, outcome measurements, success stories, etc.; submit reports to funders

Required Education & Experience
3-5 years' experience and proven success in grant writing and meeting company objectives and financial goals
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in relevant field such as Business, Business Management, Nonprofit Management or Journalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experienced with grant research software such as instrument
Experience with donor development/CRM software systems; and
Familiarity and experience working with national, government and local funders
Preferred Education
Master's Degree in related field and CFRE certification

Job Description:
Electrosoft Inc is seeking a Technical Writer (Tech Writer) for a future opening to consult with subject matter experts, support development and organization of the Zero Trust environment and application documentation, meeting notes, processes. Maintain consistency and review mapped capabilities, diagrams, government mandated deliverables associated with the individual pillars of Zero Trust. Produce and edit highly technical documentation, consolidate input and analysis as it relates to the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Technical Writer will assist the customer in documenting the progression and the implementation of a comprehensive diagraming and mapping of individual Zero Trust pillars to include users, devices, applications & workloads, data, network & environments, automation & orchestration and visibility & analytics. Maintain, organize, and update Microsoft Planner and SharePoint documentation repositories tracking file versions, electronic formats, reports and presentations.
Additional duties include:
+ Serve as the SME for administering and executing meeting minutes for Zero Trust related interactions as required by the customer
+ Develop procedures for evaluating the results of meetings as they relate to the implementation and growth of Zero Trust
+ Document how the User pillar is structured, its dependencies and how it relates to any of the other pillars
+ Outline how the Devices pillar is structured, its dependencies and how it relates to any of the other pillars
+ Detail how the Applications and Workload pillar is structured, and its dependencies as it relates to any of the other pillars
+ Illustrate how the Data pillar is structured, data flows between pillars, and any dependencies as it relates to any of the other pillars
+ Outline how the Network and Environment pillar is structured, and any dependencies as it relates to any of the other pillars
+ Depict how the Automation and Orchestration pillar is structured, and any dependencies as it relates to any of the other pillars
+ Summarize how the Visibility and analytics pillar is structured, its dependencies and how it relates to any of the other pillars
+ Leverage tools like Visio or MS Publisher to illustrate and document deliverables of requiring visual representation
+ Collaborate with other DoD and Federal Government agencies as Zero Trust guidance on pillar structure and dependencies are made available to document and publish as required
+ Track, maintain and communicate weekly, monthly and quarterly statistics as required by the government
+ Assist with coordinating and deconflicting meeting coverage as there may be several meetings per day per week that require attendance and articulate notes for each as a required
+ Develop and maintain Security Assessment Reports
+ Update, maintain and coordinate changes to Standard Operating Procedures
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 2 years' experience with information technology, security and some cyber security concepts like cloud security, network security, confidentiality, and vulnerabilities
+ Secret security clearance
+ High school diploma
+ DoD 8140 Basic Foundational Qualification certification
+ Broad understanding of information technology and techniques including computer languages, design concepts, test methods, and integration practices.
+ RMF practices and how it relates to Zero Trust, cyber security and physical security
+ Needs to be detail oriented as it relates to processes flows, organization and methodical
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to present material to senior DoD and non-DoD officials.
+ Able to communicate effectively with senior leaders and customers to clearly present documented approaches and findings

Benefits:
+ Pay Range $75,000 - $85,000
