Throughout his tenure as Chief Information Officer at KCKCC, Dr. Baz Abouelenein has spearheaded the expansion of a wide range of technology services and infrastructure to support exponential growth in the college's user base. He has leveraged his technical and business vision, communication skills, and interpersonal strengths to ensure that the environment and culture of KCKCC is deeply collaborative and committed to the targeted utilization of technology to transform both day-to-day operations and strategic vision and goals. Dr. Baz Abouelenein's IT strategies, leadership, and commitment to innovation have delivered a 10-fold increase in technology operations, grown KCKCC's infrastructure from 6 to 185 (mostly virtualized) servers, and increased connectivity from 7.5 to 1 gigabit per second.
