JOB SUMMARY:
Represents the Division of Community Health Services in countywide health education, health promotion and risk reduction programs. This position serves families, with children ages 0-5, through 2 monthly home visits using the Parents as Teachers curriculum, conducting age-appropriate screenings and assessments to promote healthy children and families.
