Single point of contact for eMerch requests. Create simple product videos as well as graphic design. Create globally consistent, but locally relevant content. Transcreation for global markets and copywriting, utilizing individual brand tone of voice with the support of translation agency. Deliver final files that have been built smartly and can be used globally (e.g. orderly layers, optimized to spec, organized within folder structures, use the correct nomenclature, etc.). Creating or editing images in Illustrator, Photoshop, and occasionally InDesign. Understanding Brand work and how to turn client creative briefs into executable content.
Standardization of global eComm content both for major Online Retailers (Amazon, Walmart.com,), and Sazerac own Websites and E-Shops. The scope includes e-content creation for Product Detail Pages, Brand Stores, Retail Media, and online commercial activations, among others.
Identify cross functional support to be involved in projects & processes. Act as a bridge between creative, e-commerce, and digital teams, ensuring that assets produced align with both business objectives and user expectations. Organize and manage large library of creative content for automation purposes. Must treat deadlines with a sense of urgency, work well under pressure and possess a high degree of adaptability. Work in a fast-paced corporate, professional environment, being proactive and working on tight deadlines.
Manage external designers as needed when capacity dictates the need to outsource on a project by project basis.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic arts or related field
3+ years years of experience in design with specific hands-on experience with eCommerce, digital assets, and retail graphic design, and print

Position Summary:
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and producing communications materials for Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and The Momentary. Such materials may include but are not limited to exhibition marketing and design; institutional materials; event identities and collateral; print and outdoor advertising; education guides and materials; banners and other display materials; member magazine; quarterly calendar; brochures, rack cards and other marketing pieces; development and membership materials; as well as digital formats, including graphics for the museum's web site and social media outlets.
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple and simultaneous projects, each of which may involve unique design criteria, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Originality, creativity, attention to detail, quality control, good communication skills and the ability to work within a team are critical to this position.
Principal Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and produce campaigns and multifaceted communications materials that adhere to the brand standards of the organization and the creative direction set by Creative Director and Director of Communications.
Collaborate with Creative Director and other team members for art direction and feedback.
Quality control for immediate assessment and production of public facing signage, labels, etc., throughout museum.
Accommodate and track changes to designs as requested by stakeholders during the implementation process.
Maintain records for each project, including process documentation and digital archival copies of the work product.
In-house production work is required as well as working with vendors when outsourcing a project. Attend press checks as needed.
Maintain non-collection image databank including management of usage permission using digital asset management system.
Attend initial meetings and obtain feedback from stakeholders.
Proof projects for errors and printing accuracy.
Provide integrated graphic support for events.
Provide conversion for digital formats such as in-museum screens and social media.
Write specifications for estimates.

Bachelor's degree and/or proven expertise in graphic design, fine arts or related area of study from an accredited institution of higher education

We're looking for a Freelance Brand Motion Designer (Growth Marketing) to join Canva on a 6-month freelance engagement. In this role, you'll focus on performance creative production with a strong emphasis on motion design , delivering ad assets, UGC edits, and lifecycle visuals for our PH market.
You'll work on both always-on creative sprints across paid channels such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Display, and campaign deliverables across owned channels such as lifecycle emails and app store assets. You'll collaborate with marketers on creative concepts and ad visuals, ensuring outputs are both on-brand and optimized for performance.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
* Supporting Canva's PH growth marketing efforts by designing and iterating ad creative for performance marketing testing & UGC sprints.
* Partnering with marketers and channel owners on creative conceptualization, channel and market best practices, and creative test scaling across other channels and formats.
* Monthly creative sprint ad assets in both static and motion/video format (1:1, 9:16, 16:9)
* Monthly UGC/lo-fi style video sprints and experiments (e.g. hook and CTA testing, editing)
* Display GIF/banners and app marketing assets for always-on creative refreshers and local seasonal campaigns
* Email, in-app, and app storefront campaign banners to support local campaigns and experiments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and adapt static, video, and motion ads across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Display.
* Edit and optimize UGC videos for ad sprints.
* Collaborate with marketers to translate strategy and insights into effective creatives.
* Contribute to conceptualization for growth marketing campaigns and lifecycle assets.
* Ensure all outputs are optimized for channel specs, on-brand, and localized for PH market.
* Share creative learnings and insights to strengthen future testing and production.

* Strong design portfolio showcasing digital ads, motion graphics, or UGC video edits.
* Proficiency in design tools
* Experience creating content for Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, or other performance channels.
* Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt creative concepts across multiple formats and sizes.
* A collaborative partner who can work closely with marketers and other creatives.
* Understanding of local Filipino cultural trends and how to translate them into design.

The designer will work directly with the SEA Growth Marketing team, supporting the creation of engaging, locally resonant creative content that amplifies our presence in the Philippines.
