Maintain and ensure brand consistency across all creative, working within a variety of brand guidelines and visual identities. Collaborate with internal teams, retailers, and external partners to bring creative concepts to life. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, on brand, and with attention to detail. Edit, retouch, and manipulate images for marketing and promotional use, with a working knowledge of basic camera operation for in-house photography needs. Prepare files for both digital publication and print production, ensuring accuracy in formatting, resolution, and specifications. Maintain organized asset libraries and templates, supporting workflow efficiency. Stay informed on design trends and tools to continuously enhance creative output. Support other creative projects and team initiatives as needed. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or related field preferred. 3+ years of professional experience in commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency or in-house brand team. Extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with experience in mockups, web design and multimedia presentations. Strong understanding of digital and social media specs, with the ability to design assets optimized for each platform. Working knowledge of email design and layout best practices, including a mix of live text and image-based content. Experience with WordPress templates and basic front-end web skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). Familiarity with animation and video formats (.gif, .mp4) and tools such as Adobe After Effects/Premier a plus.
