Role Summary
We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop designs that engage our audience and strengthen our brand identity.
As our Graphic Designer, you'll conceptualize and execute visual designs for both digital and print media. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate ideas into effective visual communications. Your work will span social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, web assets, video production, and more. You'll maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while finding creative ways to push our visual identity forward.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience distilling inherently complex and technical concepts into clear, compelling graphics and illustrations. Critically, this role demands the ability to create both expert-level technical diagrams and simplified illustrations for general audiences.
Responsibilities:
· Create high-quality, visually compelling designs across various media, including digital, print, and promotional materials.
· Work collaboratively across the Tocaro Blue team to help iterate and conceptualize technical R&D concepts for internal sharing and socialization.
· Quick iteration and responsiveness for creative and task requests.
· Uphold and evolve the brand, ensuring consistency across all design materials.
· Work closely with marketing, production, and executive teams to support campaigns, sales collateral, and special projects.
· Track projects using project management software and utilize departmental scorecard to ensure accountability for meeting performance targets.
· Handle multiple design projects and effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Comfortable receiving and applying feedback constructively and with a growth mindset
· Values iteration and teamwork to continually improve the quality and impact of designs openly with cross-functional teams to evolve designs based on shared goals.
· Comfortable with routine engagement to validate alignment on product vision

Requirements:
· Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, etc) or equivalent
· A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating experience in various design disciplines, preferably with automotive, marine, defense, or related industries.
· Strong communication, time management, and adaptability skills; able to work both independently and within a team.
· 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
