QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION: • Knowledge of the Direct Selling industry a plus • Interest or experience in beauty industry including trends and cosmetic use/application techniques • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma. • Solid understanding of core design principles (typography, color, layout, hierarchy) and familiarity with both digital and print production. • Interest in and awareness of the beauty industry and consumer-facing aesthetics. • Familiarity with UX/UI and mobile-first design principles is a plus. • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills. • Excellent time-management abilities and comfort managing multiple projects concurrently. • Proactive problem solver with a collaborative mindset. • Knowledge of current design, digital marketing, and social media trends. • Consistent and regular attendance is expected.
