POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Computer Science or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5+ years' professional design and graphics experience (preferred Adobe products experience - PC based.)
Strong production skills and knowledge of print processes required - experience using both traditional process and web based digital process providers.
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.
Experience with both traditional and digital RFP and presentation generation, standardization and creation.
Expertise in Adobe CS 6; Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Knowledge of Macromedia Studio MX tools (i.e. Dreamweaver and Flash.)
HTML experience a plus.
Experience with Flash ActionScript 2.0 and JavaScript.
MS Office Suite experience required.
Strong conceptual ability - extremely creative with the ability to depersonalize own efforts in order to incorporate input from others to affect project completion and organization buy-in.

We're seeking a motivated and detail-driven Jr Graphic Designer to help enhance and maintain the creative visual identity of our brand. In this role, you will support the in-house marketing team by designing and producing high quality print and digital marketing materials, including ads, mailers, brochures, and web graphics. Duties/Responsibilities:
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Design and produce high-volume, high-quality creative assets for both print and digital campaigns.
Prepare files correctly for output, including but not limited to: RGB vs CMYK usage; proper resolution and file formats; bleeds, margins, and print-ready formatting.
Maintain brand consistency across every asset, ensuring layouts and typography are clean and aligned with standards.
Manage production updates such as resizing and versioning creatives for different formats, working from templates when needed, organizing files and keeping projects structured.
Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and internal stakeholders.
Communicate clearly and deliver on deadlines.
Receive feedback professionally and make edits quickly and accurately.
