The Creative & Graphic Designer contributes to the creative design of projects for digital and print mediums across our channels and events. This position will design digital marketing materials including email, website, social media and advertising assets, including PowerPoint. The Creative & Graphic Designer is a full-time, remote, exempt position and reports to the Director, Brand & Marketing.
Base Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 annually.
Specific Responsibilities:
Visually design marketing materials including web and digital advertising, social media assets, print and digital collateral, and employee communications.

Collaborate with both internal and external marketing and content teams to create strategic visual solutions. Stay updated on current market and design trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Contribute to all phases of the design process, including ideation, development, iteration, and delivery, while also implementing feedback from key stakeholders.
Prepare final assets for development, print, or distribution, including but not limited to: Specifications, markup, and file optimization. Supervise production processes to ensure effective, timely delivery.
Assist with management and distribution of digital assets to internal and external partners through Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Minimum Qualifications
Typically, five years of experience in a relevant role required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in graphic design, marketing, or communications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of brand, print, and digital design work; strong storytelling through visuals.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). Experience with Figma or other digital collaboration platforms a plus.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and information hierarchy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions, influence stakeholder, and participate in team-wide collaboration and feedback.
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage concurrent priorities and deadlines.

Work Site Expectations: 4 days in office
Travel Expectations: Up to 10% as needed
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri
