Job Summary:
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who brings creativity, precision, and passion to every project. In this role, you'll design high-quality visuals that reflect the vibrant lifestyle of our Members-spanning golf, dining, social events, weddings, wellness, and more. You'll collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and club operators nationwide to create assets that elevate their club brand and drive member engagement across print, digital, and social channels.
This role will be based in the corporate office in Las Colinas, TX with a minimum of one day in the office per month.
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000.

Day-to-Day:
* Design marketing and brand materials that capture the energy and sophistication of the member experience, including:
* Club flyers, menus, and event promotions
* Email and digital campaigns
* Paid and organic social media assets
* Large-format signage, posters, and environmental graphics
* Brand collateral and sales kits
* Uphold and evolve Invited's brand identity across hospitality verticals-Lifestyle, Golf, Racquet, Wellness, Private Events, Weddings, and City Clubs.
* Collaborate with the marketing, copywriting, email and digital teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and a strong brand voice across all platforms.
* Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, balancing creativity with efficiency and adherence to deadlines.
* Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital use.
* Participate in creative reviews and bring fresh design ideas that align with the Invited brand's modern, lifestyle-driven aesthetic.
About You:
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
* 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or corporate marketing.
* Strong portfolio showcasing excellence in layout, typography, and brand storytelling.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat); experience with Canva or Figma is a plus.
* Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and brand systems.
* Ability to manage projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
Top candidates will also have:
* Experience designing within a multi-brand or franchise structure.
* Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management platforms.
* Basic motion design or video editing skills.
* Understanding of email design systems (BeeFree, Pardot or similar).
* Experience with lifestyle, golf photography selection and retouching.
