Position Overview: The Production Designer, Print & Digital, is a detail-oriented creative professional responsible for transforming design concepts into polished, production-ready assets across print and digital channels. What You'll Do:
Prepare, adapt, and finalize creative files for production across both print and digital channels.

Who You Are:
5+ years of professional experience in graphic or production design.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in Figma, including experience with components, auto layout, libraries, and collaborative design workflows.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Deep knowledge of print production specifications and experience preparing press-ready files.
Experienced in digital asset preparation for email, web, and other online platforms.
Skilled in applying ADA accessibility standards to digital deliverables.
Meticulous attention to detail with a keen eye for quality, consistency, and visual polish.
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.

OVERVIEW
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and executing design solutions for both in-store and print channels, delivering a cohesive and elevated brand experience at scale. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work within brand standards and consistently apply the design system (Palette) to create a seamless and consistent guest experience with an omni-channel lens

Position Summary
Reporting to the Head of Brand Strategy, the Graphic Designer will support the development of visual assets across a variety of channels, producing high-quality static and motion-based creative that aligns with brand standards. This role is primarily hands-on, translating briefs, concepts, and feedback into polished, executable designs. They should bring fresh ideas to the table, offering creative solutions that enhance the impact and clarity of each project. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative Manager and cross-functional partners to ensure all deliverables are accurate, timely, and visually consistent. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficient workflow management, and the ability to adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment.
This role is based in Naperville, IL office. A regular in-office hybrid model (generally Tu - Th in office, M & F remote) is required, as our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Execute high-quality design work - including static graphics, motion graphics, and digital assets - across multiple brand touchpoints.
Translate creative briefs, copy direction, and leadership feedback into polished, on-brand deliverables.
Apply creative problem-solving to elevate visual impact while staying within established brand guidelines.
Produce efficient and accurate revisions based on internal and leadership feedback, maintaining version control and organization.

Experience and Qualifications of the Role
2+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing static, digital, and motion design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects (or equivalent motion tools).

Working knowledge of Figma for layout, collaboration, and digital-first design needs.

Responsibilities
* Receive and review design requests submitted by Sales Team, Program Managers, and Service Department.
* Utilize latest version of CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Cloud software to produce conceptual and technical production drawings
* Ability to learn and research new sign / design technology in order to reach maximum efficiencies and value engineer sign products
* Meet one on one with Salespeople and Program Managers to determine customer design needs.
* Attend periodic design meetings called and held by immediate supervisor.
* Perform other tasks assigned by Design Management as required to timely complete drawings and production support.
