Responsibilities: JOB SUMMARY The Light Commercial ASM 1 will be focused on supporting the ASM 2, overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring a high level of customer service, efficient office processes, and achieving sales goals for CoolSys. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure high-quality service to both retail and commercial customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues. Assist in training, motivating, and supervising staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company standards. Help implement sales strategies to meet or exceed office targets. Monitor performance metrics and support the team in achieving commercial goals. Assist with stock control, ensuring product availability for both retail and business customers. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks. Ensure smooth daily office operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure the office is well-maintained and organized. Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions tailored to their business requirements. Ensure compliance with safety regulations to provide a safe working environment. Assist with office reports, sales analysis, and other administrative tasks as required. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: JOB REQUIREMENTS Education / Training High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in Business, Management, or a related field a plus. Work Experience / Skills Proven experience in retail, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively. Good understanding of sales strategies and commercial customer needs. Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
