Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate, print-ready mechanical files for packaging and labeling as part of the ON redesign initiative.
Collaborate with the Associate Manager, TPA to understand current file-building processes, receive guidance, and troubleshoot mechanical challenges.
Partner with the Marketing Coordinator to execute artwork updates, maintain accurate codes/descriptions, and stay aligned on proofing deadlines.
Work with the Manager, P&L to support cross-functional communication and resolve packaging/labeling-related issues.
Ensure all files meet production standards, brand guidelines, and printer specifications.
Identify and proactively solve production concerns while supporting creative intent.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency and strong organizational skills.
Maintain exceptionally high quality and accuracy across all deliverables.
Required Qualifications Knowledge
Strong understanding of packaging design, pre-press workflows, and printing processes.
Familiarity with packaging substrates, finishing techniques, and structural development.

Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Box.com.
