This position will focus primarily on designing high-quality visual assets to support Anderson's marketing goals across print, web, and social media. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills, a solid understanding of design principles, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign. This role will be responsible for designing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, digital ads, and other marketing collateral. The position requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively apply marketing best practices in visual design. Experience with layout design for longer-form documents, such as multi-page brochures and reports, is essential. In addition to design work, the student may assist with other marketing activities as assigned, such as social media content creation and campaign support. Qualifications Education & Experience: • Minimum of an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. • 5+ years of professional design experience (in-house or agency environment preferred). Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Premiere or After Effects). • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition. • Working knowledge of photography, prepress, and print production processes. • Familiarity with digital design tools (Adobe XD or Figma, Adobe Express or Canva). • Familiarity with basic web design (WordPress/Drupal, HTML, CSS). Professional Skills: • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to turn feedback into results. • Excellent time management and project prioritization abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • High attention to detail with commitment to quality and consistency. • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed. • Experience in B2B marketing or industrial/electrical distribution industries preferred.
