What you'll be doing...
· Design a wide range of creative assets on a variety of internal and external initiatives and campaigns - including social media, email campaigns, direct mail, branded merchandise, event materials, infographics, website graphics, motion graphics and more
· Be a go-to brand steward and expert in applying guidelines to various forms of internal and external communications materials and platforms
· Learn and share best practices and encourage creativity with all marketing team members, staying abreast of and applying design trends · Ensure timely reviews and approvals before distribution of assigned projects
· Initiate and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions
· Work together with team to transform ideas into actionable deliverables, assets, and cohesive campaigns
· Aid in developing brand style guides and style treatment boards for campaigns
· Source materials and coordinate production with third-party vendors for standard print projects, direct mail, large-format printing, promotional materials, apparel, promotional items, trade show booths, and event assets · Collaborate with individuals across a variety of teams to develop creative solutions for our company, partners, and clients
· Attend company events and represent the firm at industry events as needed

Location: This team member will work out of the Kansas City, MO office located in the River Market district. Other office locations would be considered. Requirements
Two (2) years of professional graphic design experience working for a fast-paced business or church; OR

Core Responsibilities
Support the creation of visual assets, including resizing and adapting graphics for paid media, designing social media visuals, creating blog and newsletter graphics, and producing materials for direct mail and campaign initiatives.
Assist with video and photo production-from on-site shoots to editing, motion graphics, color correction, and final delivery.
Contribute to audio and radio projects, particularly in areas that intersect with video production such as sound editing, mixing, and asset preparation.
Help manage the internal ordering site by organizing branded apparel, promotional items, and visual assets used across departments.
Develop and maintain a visually cohesive content calendar for social media and in-branch TV screens, ensuring alignment with campaign themes and paid media schedules.
