Participate in brainstorming and creative planning sessions
Ensure all work is aligned with Colts brand guidelines and platform best practices
Stay updated on industry trends, sports design aesthetics, and digital media innovations
Assist with game day and event-day creative needs as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Current college student or recent graduate studying GraphicDesign or a related field
Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, and technical skills across different mediums
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion graphics experience with After Effects is a plus
Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
Knowledge of social media platforms and the types of content that succeed on each
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
Passion for sports and enthusiasm for creative storytelling
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and gamedays as needed
