Under the direction of the Creative Director, the Graphic Designer is responsible for completing day-to-day graphic design and development work to support the business. What You Will Do
Collaborate closely with internal and external designers, team members, and brokers to produce high-quality assets and materials
Develop creative marketing materials that adhere to internal and partner brand standards and guidelines
Design detailed graphics for use in marketing campaigns across all delivery channels including display advertising, social media, email, SMS, print, ect
Design layouts for landing pages, emails, and other digital marketing materials
Create original creative content for new business opportunities and corporate materials
Project manage creative aspects of various marketing campaigns using project management software for workflow tasks and updates
Catalog and reference art for future projects
Work with the Creative Director to make decisions that align with procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve results and deadlines
Seek out learning opportunities to stay current on design trends and technology
You will also participate in teamwide UI/UX projects to develop digital products and applications

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design desired or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years of graphic design experience in a professional setting
1-3 years of experience and/or training in Adobe Creative Suite/ Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience working with digital content across all distribution channels such as websites, social media, display advertising and email campaigns
Capable of using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Video production, editing, UI/UX, and web development skills are a plus

Physical Requirements:
* Requires the ability to maneuver in confined and, at times, congested areas.
* Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, & bend for 8 hours daily.
* Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back.
* Requires lift, lower, push and pull merchandise and display props of 50 Lbs.
* The Show Floor Visual Designer position requires lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, and moving display props and accessories.

Pay Grade C: $17.71-$32.89
