The Graphic Designer's primary duties include but are not limited to:
Assist with the production and design of printed and digital marketing materials for the General Brokerage Division, including but not limited to: Sales Flyers, Direct Mail Pieces, Brochures, Web Banners & Advertisements, E-mail Blasts, Social Media Campaigns, Motion graphics, Interactive Visual Elements, Websites and Landing Pages, and Floorplans and Architectural Drawings.
Design thoughtful, informative, and creative outreach pieces to supplement agent marketing outreach.
Design promotional marketing collateral for shop-level marketing purposes.
Evaluate needs of the general brokerage agents as it pertains to sales support tools and work directly with the Leadership Team to support their efforts.
Keep track of and follow competitor companies and undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
Design and implement monthly and quarterly consumer and broker facing newsletters.
Design and conceptualize custom social media graphics for agent use.
Qualification & Skills Required:
College degree with some college graphic design and marketing education preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
Excellent computer knowledge for both MAC and PC environments.
Must have excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving skills.
Must demonstrate flexibility and excellent organizational skills with the ability to complete a variety of tasks accurately with high attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
Must be proficient in writing and editing copy for marketing materials.

Position Summary

Position Responsibilities
Create high-quality graphics and illustrations to promote CTE's brand across digital platforms, including social media, the website, blogs, email campaigns, and digital ads.
Design and manage organizational publications, including annual reports, brochures, one-pagers, and other print materials. Oversee the full production process-from layout and revisions to pre-press, vendor coordination, shipping, and inventory-while making strategic decisions about materials and formats to maximize sustainability and ROI.
Support events with comprehensive print and digital collateral, including promotional materials, email communications, environmental signage, wayfinding, registration materials, speaker support, and sponsorship campaigns. Oversee production and assembly to ensure high-quality, accessible, and cohesive event branding.
Design and polish presentation decks for conferences, webinars, stakeholder meetings, and other speaking engagements.
Manage and update website content, and design and build landing pages for events, campaigns, and special initiatives using Webflow.
Create branded HTML emails for announcements, invitations, newsletters, and other outbound communications.
Provide design support to project teams, including creating data visualizations, charts, diagrams, and technical graphics that communicate complex information clearly.

Required Qualifications

Responsibilities
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for a variety of digital products based in Captivate and the Unity game engine. You will work with highly skilled and motivated delivery teams made of Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs), Software Engineers, 3D Artists, and Tech Leads to design, develop, test, build, and deploy customer training software - and have a blast doing it.
i3's ideal candidate is responsible for supporting all kinds of design efforts of these digital products, validating their efforts with the program Creative Leadership and other Creative Operations team members regularly to accomplish this.
