Scan, image and/or microfilm documents received from County departments. Prepare all documents for micrographic/imaging process. Maintain an inventory of supplies in support of micro-graphics and scanning materials. Assist with the off-site record center, including maintenance of all documents and files. Respond to questions concerning the filing system and the status of records and documents. Coordinate with supervisor for assignment of activities and projects; monitor workflow, methods and procedures to identify and resolve concerns. Participate in the department's goals, objectives, policies and procedures, to include recommendations. Assist in maintaining the scanning/imaging and related equipment in proper operative order, and insure that repairs are made and adjustments are performed as required. Distribute finished product to appropriate departments and personnel.
