The Creative Designer will work closely with the Marketing Director to help bring the brand vision to life through thoughtful design, creative problem solving, and collaborative ideation. While this position includes hands on production design, especially during certain seasons within a lean, fast-paced environment, it also offers meaningful opportunities to contribute to campaign development, branding initiatives, and strategic marketing concepts through strong visual storytelling. As a growing company, priorities shift throughout the year. There will be periods where this role leans more heavily into foundational and production design work, followed by periods that allow for higher level creative thinking, ideation, and campaign development.
