Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Marketing Director and other department members to identify, develop and implement marketing and communications strategies that support the Firm's strategic initiatives and growth objectives. The Marketing department is responsible for communications that promote brand awareness and the reputation of the Firm to clients and the community; this position also supports internal Firm communication needs.
This Graphic Design/Website Management Marketing Coordinator position, using brand standards, is directly responsible for communications, public relations, branding, advertising, website management, designing and maintaining Firm collateral, and request for proposal (RFP) support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Public Relations/Advertising:
Evaluates and develops editorial and public relations opportunities for the Firm; prepares and distributes Firm publicity and announcements; coordinates media requests for interviews.
Works with attorneys to develop content for publications; promote published articles.
Coordinates response to external surveys (Best Lawyers, Chambers, Benchmark Litigation, Vault) and directory listings.
Develops and manages annual print advertising plan and editorial calendar
Working within brand standards, designs firm advertising templates (ads, html emails, flyers, invitations) using InDesign and Photoshop; acts as the in-house Graphic Artist with ongoing training.
Manages relationships with advertising and other related agencies.
Business Development/Marketing Collateral:
Acts as the lead for marketing content management; ensures content is consistently edited in all tactics and mediums (including bios, practice section descriptions, general Firm verbiage, etc.).
Manages the creation and maintenance of attorney and paralegal biographies and headshots.
Manages the creation and maintenance of practice section descriptions.
Coordinates the release of approximately five monthly practice "online newsletters," gaining approvals and posting articles online.
Coordinates, reviews, edits and designs responses to RFPs, including print and presentations.
Works with attorneys to design, write and produce other marketing materials, as needed.
Marketing Technology:
Oversees the daily management of the Firm website for branding, content, user experience, accuracy and freshness using WordPress. Fixes errors, adds new content, and ensures proper functionality.
Produces quarterly reports tracking website usage.
Manages and updates the Firm's social media presence according to State Bar Association guidelines; monitors social media sites and responds as appropriate.
Other:
Coordinates all internal and external requests for marketing materials, logos.
Maintains department's filing and catalogue systems; updates marketing database.
Ensures appropriate content is posted to the Firm's portal for internal communications.
Assists, as needed, with Firm-sponsored events-both, planning and onsite assistance.
Provides assistance for other marketing efforts and supports needs of the department as requested.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES DESIRED:
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a marketing position; bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field is preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to write press releases, web copy and other communications.
Strong project management skills with a meticulous attention to details; ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.
Strong computer skills with intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Experience in desktop publishing, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite 6 is preferred; experience with WordPress website content management system.
Interpersonal skills necessary in order to maintain effective relationships with attorneys, team members, staff and clients.
Possess a professional image and the ability to represent the Firm in a positive, business-like manner both internally and externally in the business community.

We are seeking an experienced **Design Ass** **ociate** that performs complex drafting assignments requiring the application of standardized techniques. The design associate works independently and may direct efforts of less experienced staff. This position has diversified design experience, an ability to perform work of a greater complexity, and recommends design techniques and minor design changes to ensure the best approach to solve engineering and design needs.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and maintain structural LOD 200-400 BIM models in Autodesk Revit, including beams, columns, foundations, walls, and other key components.
+ Prepare and update structural drawings, layouts, specifications, details, and schedules for design and construction documentation.
+ Create and manage Revit families, templates, filters, and worksets to support project-specific needs and align with company standards.
+ Collaborate with civil and process teams to integrate models across platforms such as Civil 3D and Plant 3D.
+ Export models to RISA 3D and support structural analysis workflows.
+ Generate accurate quantity takeoffs from BIM models to support cost estimation.
+ Ensure all models and drawings comply with project requirements, codes (IBC, OSHA, PIP), and company standards.
+ Maintain revision control of BIM models and drawing sets, and lead efforts in routing and transmittal of drawings using Bluebeam.
+ Conduct quality reviews of models and documentation for accuracy, consistency, and constructability.
+ Participate in project coordination meetings and conduct occasional site visits to verify field conditions and support issue resolution.
+ Assist in the development of as-built models using 3D point cloud scans.
+ Stay current with emerging design tools and techniques to enhance project delivery.
+ Work closely with engineers in a collaborative, iterative design process.
+ Provide training and mentorship to team members in BIM software and workflows.
+ May supervise and review work of less experienced staff.
+ May be required to work in various terrain and weather conditions on active construction sites.

Position Summary:
This is an individual contributor role within the Utility division focused on processing customer orders and creating production and submittal drawings of low to moderate complexity. Under supervision, the Associate Design Drafter interprets customer specifications, ensures order accuracy, and prepares necessary drawings and data for internal teams and manufacturing. Occasional customer contact may be required to support the order/design process.
