We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our printing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for print and digital media, working closely with clients and the production team to ensure designs meet specifications and branding guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Design and prepare print-ready files for various materials, including banners, business cards, flyers, brochures, packaging, and promotional products. -Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions. -Ensure all designs meet printing specifications such as resolution, color mode, and bleed requirements. -Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate printing and finishing of designs. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. -Edit and retouch images as needed for print and digital use. -Stay up-to-date with design trends and printing technologies to enhance creative output. -Maintain an organized archive of design files and assets. Qualifications & Skills: -Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a printing company or a related industry. -Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). - Strong understanding of print production processes, including color management, file setup, and finishing techniques. -Attention to detail and ability to proof designs for errors before printing. -Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure. -Strong communication and customer service skills for working with clients and team members. - Experience with large-format printing, packaging, or branding is a plus. As a Senior Substation Physical Designer, you will be working in a project team environment with engineers and other designers involved in high and extra high voltage substation design. Responsibilities will include the preparation of the following substation drawings: * Substation General Arrangement * Substation Electrical Equipment Plans * Substation Section Views (Elevations) * Substation Detailed Bill of Material * Substation Lightning Stroke Shielding Plan * Substation Grounding Plan * Substation Conduit, Electrical Connection and Grounding Details * Substation Below Grade Conduit/Raceway Plan * Control Building Equipment, Cable Tray, Lighting, Grounding Plans and Section Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Interpreting and incorporating vendor information into design deliverables. * Performing walkdowns at client facilities. * Applying Client's standards related to the work. * Mentoring other designers and drafters. This position is based on a hybrid work schedule and will require in-office work 3 days per week. Qualifications We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position. This position requires a minimum of 8 years of substation physical design experience.
