Lead the design and development of digital and print advertising, website and email, logos, collateral, presentations, and other marketing, sales, and promotional materials that reflect Opry Entertainment Group's (OEG) brands, including the Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, Ole Red, ACL Live, Category 10, and other brands and channel communications while achieving the objectives of specific programs and initiatives. Create effective ads, digital designs, video assets, logos, and collateral that reflect strategic branding, staying current with design trends, technology, tools, and best practices. Prioritize attention to detail from concept to completion, ensuring consistency and quality in all outputs.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Video Production, and stakeholders to solve design and creative challenges across digital and physical platforms. Optimize designs and creative for web, social, video, and print, ensuring timely delivery and efficient workflow management.
Develop and execute a weekly marketing schedule, delivering creative assets, including digital imagery, printed programs, weekly flyers, marquees, live audience reads, presentations/decks, posters, banners, signage, video creative, and other collateral. Meet deadlines and ensure all materials effectively align with branding and business goals.
Determine production design needs and assign work to freelance or agency support. Review and provide feedback on designs to ensure the product is on brand and to concept or brief and traffic for final approval. Manage freelance invoices and submit to supervisor on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain intercompany and marketing partnership communication platforms across signs, social media, and more - including Opry assets, Ryman Auditorium marquee, airport screen creative, retail needs, etc. Craft design templates and update brand guidelines and the asset library to ensure the team, partners, and stakeholders can access up-to-date brand photography, style guides, fonts, and logos.
Represent our team well through collaborative relationships with vendors, including editors, freelance designers, and printers, while ensuring favorable pricing and prioritizing our needs. Secure production bids, review proofs, and place orders for applicable projects.
Foster strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners, remaining open to feedback to refine designs and messaging for maximum impact.

Education
Degree with an emphasis in graphic design or a related field
Experience
5+ years proven graphic design experience at an agency, in-house team, or related client experience -- including pre-press, web optimization, video/photography, and file maintenance
Portfolio of work that shows best-in-class design across platforms and marketing channels
Experience working with and managing vendors to price and develop creative with suitable materials, specs, and functionalities while staying on budget

The Life Church is looking for a highly-skilled graphic artist who knows how to work well with all kinds of people, has great communication skills and is self-motivated. Please submit a portfolio of recent work with your application. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and leadership skills, thinks creatively and strategically, takes initiative, is detail oriented, has some organizational skills, has the ability to use discernment in making decisions and is a team player. This position is approximately 40 hours per week and includes weekend services, regular office hours and occasional evening availability for special events.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to*:
Utilize computer graphic design applications to produce graphics for use on screens, print, web, social media or video
Assist with content development and design support for projects
Collaborate with Graphic and Video teams for content ideation and creation
Buildout and edit assets for different screens formats at campuses and regions
Assist with management of volunteer Capture Teams for weekends and events, as well as capture for weekends and events
Assist with Creative graphic and video design projects as needed
Order print materials
Responsible for continued learning through day-to-day experience, as well as additional resources (e.g. Lynda.com)
Assist with administrative tasks, as needed
Track tasks and request in a project management system (e.g. Clickup)
