The Litigation Graphics Consultant designs, develops, and maintains creative and engaging graphics for litigation proceedings. The Graphics Consultant creates and produces timelines, document excerpts, diagrams, scene recreations, and other artifacts. Responsible for video editing and format conversions. May also conduct Audio Visual system setup, support, and take down, as well as basic IT support, e.g. printers, networking, basic connectivity, and other tasks which may be relevant to the case presentation. The Graphics Consultant ensures all evidence is presented efficiently and clearly in court evidence presentations.
Additionally, the Graphics Consultant will:
Assist with revision/improvement of created diagrams/figures in expert reports.
Assist with developing opening and closing slides, estimated at 100-150 in total.
Revise/improve graphics already created, estimated at 80-100 slides in total.
Consult with client experts and third-party witnesses to develop/refine graphics, estimated at 50 or fewer slides.
Work with possibly 1 economic and 1 industry expert
Be able to interpret data to create graphical representations of the information.
Be able to use MS Office PowerPoint 2019 (currently installed on client trial laptops; we do expect to update to PowerPoint 365, which is installed on client desktops).
Provide realistic estimates of the time required to develop specific graphics requests.
Meet all established deadlines.
Provide 24/7 availability throughout the local San Jose, CA trial, which will likely require at least two people knowledgeable of and involved with the work in progress
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Digital Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related concentration.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
High proficiency in graphic design, infographics and MS PowerPoint.
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, MS PowerPoint with experience in WordPress, Webflow, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS and Dreamweaver preferred.
Ability to create, design and modify mockups for web-based platforms.
Must be able to provide samples of graphics previously designed independently.
Ability to self-manage projects and work within tight deadlines.
Ability to collaborate willingly and effectively in a team setting.

Be based in the Bay area to avoid time zone issues. The client trial staff is based in San Francisco, CA. The trial location is in San Jose, CA. Most of the work should be able to be done remotely via phone, email, or video calls. We do not anticipate the need for on-site support at the trial location.

* Provide guidance on decisions related to aesthetically maintaining the entire campus environment, including galleries, exhibit areas, public-facing animal spaces, and both indoor and outdoor areas.
* Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and expenditure plans for general space planning and design projects.

Your Role As a Gensler Designer with our team in Washington, D.C., your job is to combine creativity and technical knowledge with business skills and understanding to produce functionally beautiful spaces for our incredible clients. With you as part of the team, our designs have never been so engaging.
What You Will Do
Collaborate on interior architecture and interior design projects that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and management of budgets and schedules
Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Architects and Project Managers to deliver project milestones
Provide project team coordination for finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction
Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts
Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, consultants, and fabricators to meet overall project objectives
Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination
Establish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationships
Provide guidance, mentorship and training to teammates as needed
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited program
5-7 years of relevant (interior architecture for workplaces) professional experience, ideally inclusive of all phases through construction administration
Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D and other modeling software programs
Strong knowledge of the design process, including FF+E, furniture systems and specifications, color and materials
Outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas
Knowledge of Photoshop, Enscape, Illustrator, InDesign, SPEXX a plus
Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development
Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly
A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills
Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices; If possible, portfolios should include at least one project (especially built projects with LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard, Fitwel, and/or Net Zero Building certification) with this particular focus, which we look forward to discussing during the interview
Licensed/Registered Architect, NCARB, LEED GA or AP preferred
