Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, or a related field from a regionally accredited college or university.
Required Qualifications:
1. At least three years of graphic design experience. A portfolio must be submitted as part of the application process.
2. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Demonstrated experience in preparing materials for publication in advertising, print, web, video, social media, email, and presentations.
4. Brand/logo management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
The Graphic Designer reports to the director of Communications & Marketing and works closely alongside the director to support the graphic design, publications, photography, and various content needs for the department and college as a whole, especially as they relate to marketing and student recruitment. The position's content design skills and marketing ability and experience are leveraged to improve the college's recruitment materials, advertising content, web content and social media content, email marketing, and strategic executive communications.
Essential functions include:
1. Create, modify, and organize graphics for the Communications & Marketing department and college overall.
2. Design key marketing and recruitment publications including materials for campus.
3. Support the department's efforts to stay up to date with current design trends and software, including the use of AI.
4. Design and maintain key brand elements including primary and unit logos and marks.
5. Photography and digital asset management.
6. Other duties as assigned.
Additional duties include direct and indirect activities to support recruitment and retention of students.

What You Will Do
As a Graphic Designer at Thomas Cuisine, you will be an integral part of our Marketing Team, responsible for creating impactful and visually appealing communication for both external and internal audiences. You will be working across various media channels, including print, digital, web, illustration, video, and photography.
