Job Description
Kendall Hunt Publishing is seeking a senior year college student majoring in Graphic Design/Marketing for an internship within our K-12 division, supporting both K-12 education and Catholic religious education audiences. We are searching for someone who wants to hone their graphic design craft by designing creative materials for traditional and digital marketing media. This paid internship will be available for work during the spring semesters. Hours would range depending on projects, but you could earn up to 20 hours a week. This position is based in our Dubuque, Iowa office. No remote available.

Responsibilities
Design eye-catching materials that promote the Des Moines Menace with printed materials, digital graphics, and video content for social media, broadcast, in-venue entertainment, and communications.
Collaborate, plan, and executive compelling content that fulfills branding goals, marketing plans, and sponsor activation.
Coordinate and execute video and photo shoots/projects.
Stay on top of trends within the video, sports social media, and motion graphics/animations industries.
Update and maintain asset management and multimedia databases.
Work Menace home matches in May - August. This includes full-day dedication to game day set up, servicing fans, and post-game tear down.
Cover club activities including but not limited to matches, training sessions, press conferences, player appearances and events. As available, assist with pre-season events such as Open Cup and youth programs. Assist with other in-season events such as summer camps, player appearances, and community events.
Maintain confidentiality for sensitive club information.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or working towards a degree, in Media Production, Film, Photography, TV is preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of video editing and shooting experience is preferred, with the ability to provide a portfolio of previous work.
Experience with content management systems.
Show proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and the Creative Suite.
Display a high level of competency in all areas of video production, including lighting, sound, motion graphics, color correction, and publishing.
Ability to be detail oriented, problem solve, and communicate with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects at a time with tight deadlines.
Strong communication and writing skills.

Game Day/Non-Game Day:
Assist in creating, scheduling, and executing new and fresh social media campaigns

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Flexsteel Industries is looking for a creative and enthusiastic intern to join the Product Design team. In this role, the Design Intern will have an opportunity to design furniture across multiple categories and businesses. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to translate high-level furniture ideas into conceptual sketches and garner a better understanding of how products are developed from start to finish. We are focused on innovation, and this internship is an opportunity for the right candidate to share and grow overall product knowledge within case and upholstered goods categories.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrate a passion for furniture design.
Enjoys creating compelling sketches, presentations, and lifestyle renderings that communicate design intent.
Proficient in design programs such as Solid Works, AutoCAD, Keyshot, Adobe Suite, Sketchbook Pro, etc.

We are seeking an experienced Design Associate that performs complex drafting assignments requiring the application of standardized techniques. The design associate works independently and may direct efforts of less experienced staff. This position has diversified design experience, an ability to perform work of a greater complexity, and recommends design techniques and minor design changes to ensure the best approach to solve engineering and design needs.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain structural LOD 200-400 BIM models in Autodesk Revit, including beams, columns, foundations, walls, and other key components.
* Prepare and update structural drawings, layouts, specifications, details, and schedules for design and construction documentation.
* Create and manage Revit families, templates, filters, and worksets to support project-specific needs and align with company standards.
* Collaborate with civil and process teams to integrate models across platforms such as Civil 3D and Plant 3D.
* Export models to RISA 3D and support structural analysis workflows.
* Generate accurate quantity takeoffs from BIM models to support cost estimation.
* Ensure all models and drawings comply with project requirements, codes (IBC, OSHA, PIP), and company standards.
* Maintain revision control of BIM models and drawing sets, and lead efforts in routing and transmittal of drawings using Bluebeam.
* Conduct quality reviews of models and documentation for accuracy, consistency, and constructability.
* Participate in project coordination meetings and conduct occasional site visits to verify field conditions and support issue resolution.
* Assist in the development of as-built models using 3D point cloud scans.
* Stay current with emerging design tools and techniques to enhance project delivery.
* Work closely with engineers in a collaborative, iterative design process.
* Provide training and mentorship to team members in BIM software and workflows.
* May supervise and review work of less experienced staff.
* May be required to work in various terrain and weather conditions on active construction sites.
