Local trend shopping, reference and research and development for multiple apparel embellishment techniques, including: screen print, heat transfers and appliques, embroidery, etc.
Application of Intermediate to Advanced-level typography skills for font research, development, and implementation in apparel graphics.
Maintain an active understanding of trends in sports apparel and sports / pop culture, consumer insights, new business opportunities, and competitors in the market to influence design aesthetic and strategy through the development of mood, trend, and ideation boards

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
Bachelor's degree in Arts or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
4+ years of professional graphicdesign experience. Licensing or Sports related experience a plus.

Kforce in Tampa, Florida is looking for Visual Designers. Qualified candidates will be analyzing user requirements and defining functional specifications; Coordinating multiple modeling, simulation and analysis of graphicdesigns; Executing user experience customization projects using Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Zen Desk, User Interface (UI) Design, and visual identity systems; Synthesizing user research into personas and scenarios; Developing innovative UI designs in response to marketing requirements, user analyses, product innovation, technology and business needs using graphic and visual design technologies; Creating and developing interactive graphicdesign and information architecture, journey maps, user narratives, user interface and taxonomy and prototypes; Designing and creating concept, artwork, custom graphics, videos and layout for digital projects based on creative briefs and meetings; Collaborating with marketing departments and other internal groups to guide, create, and improve the user experience of design solutions across multiple channels; Developing conceptual models and personas, prototypes, style designs, wire frames, visual mock-ups, graphics, screen flows and user workflows; Producing creative concepts, prototypes and storyboards; Conducting user quality assurance of the designs; and Documenting modifications and enhancements to the user experience as required by the project.
Salary: $32.00 to $70.00/hr.Requirements: Master's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in GraphicDesign or Industrial Design and Six months experience in position or six months experience in Graphic or Industrial Design field.
Special requirements: Experience with Adobe XD, InDesign, Zen Desk, UI Design and visual identity systems. Telecommuting within driving distance to Tampa, FL office may be permitted.

Responsibilities:
Develop real estate marketing materials, including offering memorandums, business proposals, financial documents, brochures, flyers, postcards, social media content, and more.
Create and maintain organized design templates to streamline collateral production.
Designgraphics for various content types, including text, numerical data, maps, and infographics.
Present design concepts to stakeholders, gather feedback, and implement revisions.
Adhere to Berkadia's brand standards while delivering innovative and creative designs.
Effectively utilize design elements such as color palettes, photography, typography, and other visual components.
Ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy through thorough review of all materials.

Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise in design programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and PowerPoint, with a visually compelling portfolio showcasing creative and technical abilities.
Proven experience in editorial design, formatting for medium to long publications, and creating files for both print and digital distribution.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.
Effective collaborator with excellent communication and customer service skills, along with proficiency in business tools like Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years of experience in a similar position
