Position Summary:

Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product development and leadership to craft compelling visual narratives that align with strategic goals.

Experience:
1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects across branding, digital art, motion graphics, and print media.
Graphic design degree or art background
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with motion design or animation tools (After Effects, Premier Pro), a plus.

Manage the end-to-end design process, from idea generation and prototypes to time studies and seamless transitions to operations.
Utilize AtriosCAD software to develop precise 2D and 3D models for structural designs, including prototypes and mock-ups.
Design and edit high-quality graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Build and test physical prototypes, adjusting designs based on performance and feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative concepts that integrate structural and graphic design principles.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Develop creative product solutions that reduce hardware needs and streamline assembly/installation processes.
Translate product designs into bills of materials and process documentation for routing by Account Management and Planning.
Design and maintain marketing materials, including slide decks, sell sheets, case studies, and swatch books.
Keep the company website updated with new offerings, case studies, and visuals, while creating content for social media.
Provide value-added design services for clients lacking in-house creative capabilities.
Research and select materials that optimize durability, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to improve design processes and outcomes.
Create unique designs and supporting marketing materials to drive new business development.
Support the sales team by providing tailored design solutions that meet customer development needs within budget and timelines.
What we are looking for in a Graphic Innovation Desiger -
Proven experience in graphic design, structural design, and AtriosCAD modeling.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and AtriosCAD software.
Strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs that combine graphics with structural elements.
Knowledge of materials commonly used in structural design and their properties.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications for a Graphic Innovation Designer -
Knowledge of printing processes and production techniques is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
