Essential Duties and Responsibilities Visualizes, creates, and produces digital marketing assets, including but not limited to landing pages, website banners, emails, social media graphics & video, video edits, motion graphics, and other digital marketing collateral. May also assist with designing packaging content. Ensures all digital creative adheres to company brand guidelines, supports digital marketing and e-commerce objectives, and ensures branding is consistent across all digital channels, including email, social media, and video content. Manages multiple projects, prioritizing tasks to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality assets. Works closely with cross-functional teams to support the execution of digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions. Creates compelling digital content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Klaviyo, and other design-related software. Designs impactful email marketing campaigns, engaging social media graphics, and dynamic video content that aligns with brand identity. Participates in creating and revising web banners and digital images for platforms like Shopify and various online marketplaces. Stays informed on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in graphic design, video, and motion graphics and introduces innovative design ideas, tools, and concepts to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of digital creative assets. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Bachelor's degree in Multimedia/Digital Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field. 3-5 years of professional graphic design, interactive design, and/or digital design experience. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & After Effects). Knowledge of Figma, Klaviyo, Monday.com, and Teams (preferred). Thorough understanding of digital and social media platform delivery requirements. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills. Ability to adapt well to changing digital design trends and technologies Exceptional understanding and application of design fundamentals, notably typography, color, layout, and composition. Creative thinker exhibiting a range of varied styles and techniques. Experience with e-commerce platforms. Ability to collaborate within a team and cross-functional departments, receiving and understanding feedback from stakeholders to achieve optimal results. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of each project. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Possesses an attitude of continuous improvement in design quality and efficiency.
