    The 2025 Northwoods League Organization of the Year, Green Bay Rockers are searching for the next Rockstar! The 2023 and 2025 Northwoods League Champions, play at Capital Credit Union Park in the shadows of Lambeau Field. Capital Credit Union Park opened on May 31st, 2019, and has hosts over 400 events each year. The playing surface is completely artificial turf, providing the versatility to host multiple events on the same day. While the playing surface is being used, groups are also able to host indoor events year-round in the TDS Club that overlooks the facility. In addition to operating Capital Credit Union Park, the Green Bay Rockers oversee F&B at University of Wisconsin Green Bay, St. Norbert's College, Cornerstone Community Ice Center and Impact Sports Academy Facility. The Graphic Design Internship will serve under the supervision of the Director of Partnerships. Interns will have the opportunity to work with every department throughout the organization. Required Skills: Must be proficient in Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) Must have a portfolio or equivalent materials to provide upon request. Previous experience with Final Cut Pro or iMovie on a MacBook isn't required, but is a skill you will need to learn. Previous experience in either of these will improve your standing (a sample of video editing may be asked for). Must be a creative thinker with the ability to think of new, fun ideas to improve the fan experience through graphics and video. This may include preproduction meetings with the customer, external designers/design firms or internal production personnel. * Commercialize customer accounts upon demonstration of file specification conformance to allow future artwork projects to process via Graphics Direct. * Continually work with customers to reduce the frequency of deviations to our file specifications. * When necessary, document agreed upon file deviations from specifications in the Graphics Master Design record to allow for Graphics Direct. * Continually promote and educate customers on the advantages of BELMARKs branded Trident and Trident MAX print formats. * Serve as the internal voice of the customer for graphic design questions regarding projects from Sales, Account Service, Customers/Designers and internal graphics team. * Must learn and exhibit comprehensive knowledge of BELMARKs graphics/print/press/converting capabilities for a single business unit. * Establish clear and concise guidelines and instructions for Graphics Production for files not yet eligible for Graphic Direct. * Responsible for customers label management by family, which includes: understanding color build requirements, standardized colors used for all elements and references, etc. * Maintain Quality/Productivity rates within department standards. * Expected to perform presentations and training for internal and external customers. * Assist and/or host customer internal visits for tours and/or press approvals, host online * virtual press approvals, or attend online meetings and trainings. * May travel with Sales Representatives to customers site to provide customer education. * May coordinate, review and finalize proof approvals. * Create references for designs. * May provide consultation on customer designs after order is printed. * May assist in label design/creation according to customer/BELMARK specifications. * Document discussions and requests regarding projects. * Work with Graphics Pre-Press to monitor graphic orders, prioritize graphic orders, expedite graphic orders, track graphic orders, and answer general questions about graphic orders. * Review art from Graphics Pre-Press as needed. * Responsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements. * May perform other duties as assigned by manager.
