Senior Digital Design Engineers research, design, develop and test electronic equipment and systems at GDMS including: radar detection/communications equipment and systems, circuitry components, computers, and Digital Signal Processing equipment.
The Senior Digital Design Engineer will:
Exercise creative thinking and ideation to advance our business performance.
Deliver innovative, flexible, integrated solutions to meet customers changing business needs.
Support and engage in programs, projects and practices behind the GDMS culture and strategy, and comply with all policies and procedures.

The perfect candidate for this position would have extraordinary design skills, including a proven ability to create impactful graphics, work as a team-player in a fast-paced environment, and have strong attention to detail. The junior graphicdesigner will need to work across a variety of mediums (print, digital platforms, logo design, production artwork, etc.) in the creation of materials for developing and maintaining an impactful, on-brand experience as well as various email marketing, site ads, etc. They are responsible for supervising the entire design process and making creative design decisions. This position requires both independent work and collaboration with the broader content team. Compensation for this entry level position will start at between $45,000-$50,000. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and manage the club's visual creative services, specifically, brand identity and graphicdesign.
Production of advertising assets, copywriting, social media graphics, photo retouching, print production, out-of-home, in-game content, team merch, etc.
Develop new graphic packages (logos, treatments, graphicdesigns, templates) for marquee events, marketing initiatives, and content programming.
Creative lead on banners, ads, email, experiences, etc.
Learn and understand the brand narrative and style guide to drive consistency and accuracy through all creative across the organization.
Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and quickly turn around work product.
Ability to provide graphics support for events (hosted across the organization), including the creation of invitations, signage, credentials, etc.
Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities, including the ability to provide clear creative direction and interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Brainstorm, conceptualize, execute, iterate, and finalize multiple design projects simultaneously from start to completion.
Create and guide external designers on merchandise concepts and capsule collections.
Assist in asset management, including editing, uploading, and organizing content. Keep files up to date and ensure appropriate metadata tagging for streamlined use by multiple stakeholders.
Support the creative group with ensuring a creative working environment for the full staff, including fostering creative thinking, brainstorming and problem solving.
Assist in maintaining and establishing design department policy.
Assume responsibility for organizing and maintaining the organization's visual content calendars for recurring projects and campaigns.

About the Role
Caribou is looking for a Digital Designer to create high-performing digital experiences across web, mobile, and marketing channels. From landing pages to email templates to ad campaigns, you'll bring design excellence and brand consistency to every customer touchpoint. Marketing & Campaign Design
