ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
GDMS has an immediate opening for a Senior Digital Design Engineer. This position provides an opportunity to further advance the cutting-edge technology that supports some of our nation's core defense/intelligence services and systems. GDMS employees work closely with esteemed customers to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high-stakes national security missions.
Senior Digital Design Engineers research, design, develop and test electronic equipment and systems at GDMS including: radar detection/communications equipment and systems, circuitry components, computers, and Digital Signal Processing equipment.
The Senior Digital Design Engineer will:
Exercise creative thinking and ideation to advance our business performance.
Deliver innovative, flexible, integrated solutions to meet customers changing business needs.
Support and engage in programs, projects and practices behind the GDMS culture and strategy, and comply with all policies and procedures.
Follow industry and department trends and developments to ensure GDMS services are consistent with, and/or superior to, industry best practices.
Provide technical leadership and/or direction to lower level designers
Experience:
Experience with schematic capture
Extensive experience designing multi-layer Printer Circuit Boards with controlled impedance layers and blind micro-vias
Able to analyze and test for signal integrity, crosstalk, etc.
Familiar with several families of Micro Processors, Micro Controllers, FPGAs and System-on-Chips

Able to technically lead/mentor less senior engineers

Position Overview:
As a GraphicDesigner, you will primarily focus on graphicdesign tasks, but you will also support various general marketing activities. This role requires someone with strong graphicdesign skills and a willingness to learn and contribute to other marketing efforts such as SEO, blog creation, Google Ads, and more.
Natural Skills/Abilities

Minimum requirements:
Associate's degree in Engineering or related field of study or program certificate in Advanced IC Mask Layout Design
Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 cumulative GPA
Preferred qualifications:
Working knowledge of electrical circuits such as resistance, capacitance, voltage and current
Familiarity with Unix/Linux, Cadence Virtuoso, Assura LVS, DRC
Familiarity with semiconductor device physics, analog circuits and their layout sensitivities, and the IC production flow
Working knowledge of layout-related matching techniques, parasitics, routing impedances
Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results

We are seeking a talented Layout Designer with expertise in Revit and architectural layout for large-scale buildings. The role involves managing stakeholder relationships and designing spaces for projects exceeding 200,000 square feet. This position requires experience in large commercial projects and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
* Obtain and document all specifics regarding projects from site selection and transaction management.
* Research and compile all available information for site development.
* Coordinate all engineering and architectural specifications for each building type, including internal composite coordination and site-specific information.
* Coordinate initial architectural design and permit submittals.
* Develop and provide supporting documents for lease execution, such as site plans, work letters, schedules, and phasing plans.
* Develop initial construction schedules and sequences for construction phasing if necessary.
* Create construction estimates for capital requests and planning efforts.
* Manage due diligence, utility, and other coordination efforts prior to construction hand-off.
* Provide complete documentation for construction handoff, including contacts, drawings, permit status, and other relevant work products.
* Maintain a repository for all pre-construction work products by site.
Essential Skills
* Proficiency in Revit
* Experience with BIM360
* Knowledge of Bluebeam
* Expertise in floor plan layout design
