About this role:
Provide support in the administration of the worldwide Sales, Consulting, Conference and Sales Specialist Compensation Plans. You will perform recurring monthly processes as well as ad-hoc processes regarding Compensation Plan documents and projects regarding bookings data, revenue performance, commission earnings and annual sales awards attainment.
What you will do:
Complete recurring and ad-hoc manual tasks for processes not systematically automated, frequent use of Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Word, PowerBI
Identify and research inconsistencies in the compensation plans to determine root causes and offer proposals for remediation
Interact with VC leadership to explain and assist in the understanding of sales performance, documentation and commission calculations

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 49,000 USD - 68,000 USD. In this role, youll be ideating, creating, and executing on DreamLarge marketing and design needs across our community-based initiatives and nonprofit partners.
In addition to working alongside the DreamLarge team, you should also be comfortable working with clients to identify and visually represent their goals, and apply feedback.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and create branding elements for new and existing clients
Creating space making, storytelling and marketing materials across an array of mediums, including digital graphics, signage, websites, branding, video and more
Produce multi-platform marketing campaigns
Ideate and execute on design needs
Execute projects from start to completion
Attend and participate in client meetings
Apply internal and external feedback to deliverables
Ideal Skills

Complete or modify designs from customer drawings, files, or exact output of customer-provided design for output to media

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Graphic Designer:
