Strong portfolio demonstrating your range, aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail with specific examples of high-performing email campaigns and conversion-driven landing pages (must be submitted with application)
3+ years of professional experience in graphic or digital design, preferably in DTC, CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brands
High-level proficiency in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite
Deep understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, responsive design, and email UX best practices
Proven ability to multitask under pressure, switch between projects quickly, and deliver high-quality design within rapid timelines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; can take and apply constructive feedback
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently when needed
A passion for branding and design that creates emotional and functional impact
What You'll Do
Own the design of all email campaigns and landing pages. Ensuring they are visually consistent, brand-forward, mobile-optimized, and conversion-driven
Build high-performing layouts and collaborate with lifecycle marketers to test new design formats, CTAs, and storytelling approaches
Design supporting creative assets as needed
Collaborate closely with the email team and Senior creatives to bring campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments to life
Translate strategic goals into digital experiences that support retention, engagement, and daily revenue
Manage a high volume of creative requests with competing priorities, maintaining speed and accuracy under tight deadlines
Keep design systems, templates, and asset libraries updated, organized, and scalable

A Successful FASTSIGNS GraphicDesigner Will:
Create computer-generated full-color graphics and/or vinyl output that can be printed and mounted to a substrate or weeded, cut and applied
Complete or modify designs from customer drawings, files, or exact output of customer-provided design for output to media
Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, select style and size of type, and arrange layout based upon available space, aesthetic design, and production requirements.
Inspect jobs for accuracy before sending them to output. Ensure correct material is used for each job and output device settings are accurate
Maintain customer logo library; convert graphic files
Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS GraphicDesigner:
1-2 years of graphicdesign experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
Ability to prioritize jobs, multi-task, and work autonomously
Determine the best output method based on the customer's needs
Sit and view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
