Requirements In partnership with Content marketing, coordinate the conception, creation, and production of culturally resonant social media content for brand/business target audience for video and static assets Design digital marketing materials including email templates, website assets, social media, and banner ads. Create and produce engaging and high-quality short video content for various platforms. Evolve and create key brand elements, including infographics and icon library. Develop concepts based on notes, presentations and other provided materials. Gather data, information and materials necessary to prepare for upcoming projects and deadlines. Learn to problem solve through design Have an understanding of branding and direct marketing principles Design and produce occasional offline communications, including packaging Help direct photoshoots and coordinate with outside photographers Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field Minimum 2-3 years of working experience Proficient with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, InDesign) A strong design portfolio that reflects creativity and an understanding of basic design principles Understanding of current trends on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. Understanding of digital & email marketing (Ecommerce experience is a plus) Must be creative, thoughtful and forward-thinking.
