Qualifications

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
This role is within the service supply chain organization. Minimum Qualifications

This role focuses on leading a team in design, tooling integration, and production efficiency-ensuring all assembly stations meet safety, quality, and launch readiness standards in collaboration with Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train and mentor a team to develop and maintain 2D and 3D workstation layouts using AutoCAD or Microstation in alignment with production flow and plant constraints.
Develop standards for fixtures, jigs, tooling, and assembly aids that support quality, ergonomics, and manufacturability.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience) or Manufacturing Technology
5 years of experience in automotive, heavy equipment or high-volume manufacturing environments.
Proficiency with AutoCAD.
