Essential responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Create show key art and logos for each production that work across print and digital.
· Design and produce all show deliverables including posters, postcards, print ads, outdoor graphics, lobby signage, web graphics, ticketing graphics, email headers, social assets, and display ads.
· Design and produce the playbill for each show including layout and typography, ad placement and specs, cast and crew pages, donor lists, proofing, press ready files, and coordination with the printer.
· Build and maintain templates for recurring needs including social posts, web banners, sponsor recognition, slide decks, and lobby monitors.
· Develop creative for institutional and campaign work including fundraising, membership, education, and special events.
· Maintain brand standards across color, type, imagery, and logo use. Ensure accessibility and readability including alt text and contrast.
· Manage art files and the asset library. Organize photos, logos, and templates. Name, package, and deliver files for print and digital.
· Coordinate with vendors and partners. Route proofs and manage timelines and budgets for print and installation.
· Support quick turn needs including playbill inserts, lobby screens, signage, and website image updates.
Qualities of successful candidates:
· Education. Bachelor's degree in graphic design preferred or related field experience.
· Experience. Two or more years in graphic design. Performing arts or nonprofit experience is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:
Bring sales collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, placemats, presentations, and proposal templates, to life through design.
Designs member appreciation and retention campaign visuals (emails, social graphics, recognition materials).

Produces graphics for digital platforms (website, social media, email, internal monitors).
Maintains and enforces brand guidelines across all projects.

Collaborate with members of the Marketing and Communications team and organization stakeholders to align visuals with messaging.

Prepares files for print and digital production, working with vendors as needed.
Reviews proofs and oversees quality of final deliverables.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3 -5 years of professional design experience.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects a plus).
Design experience for both print and digital platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, professional, and engaging design.
Knowledge of brand management, typography, and layout best practices.
Detail-oriented with strong project management and collaboration skills.

The Role The Graphic Production Artist is a detail-oriented, technical role responsible for the final preparation, refinement, and delivery of all digital and print design assets. You will work closely with the creative and account teams to ensure all final files meet precise technical specifications, brand standards, and are optimized for flawless production.
Key Responsibilities
File Preparation: Prepare, correct, and package final artwork for both print (e.g., brochures, packaging, signage) and digital (e.g., web banners, email graphics, social media) production.
Technical Refinement: Apply pre-press checks, including managing color separations, ensuring correct bleeds, marks, resolution, and file formats (e.g., press-ready PDFs, EPS, high-res JPEGs/PNGs).
Version Control & Resizing: Create multiple final versions and mechanicals from approved master designs, including resizing assets for various platforms and print dimensions with meticulous accuracy.
Quality Assurance: Conduct final quality control checks on all artwork to ensure brand consistency, correct typography, and zero errors before releasing files to vendors or launching online.
Asset Management: Maintain and organize a library of digital assets, including fonts, logos, images, and final production files.
Collaboration: Communicate effectively with designers, printers, developers, and project managers to troubleshoot file issues and ensure smooth delivery against tight deadlines.
Template Creation: Develop and maintain production templates for common assets to improve team efficiency and consistency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2-4+ years of professional experience in a Graphic Production Artist, Production Designer, or similar technical design role.
Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically:
Adobe InDesign (Expert-level proficiency a must)
Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe Acrobat
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of print production processes, prepress requirements, digital ad specifications, color management (CMYK, RGB, Spot Colors), and file optimization.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to producing error-free, pixel-perfect final artwork.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Education: A degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Production Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Nice-to-Have Skills

Works under general direction to produce complex computer generated illustrations and artwork for technical manuals; performs a wide variety of advanced illustration functions including complex graphics, both in an electronic format and traditional board format.Produces complex illustrations to include perspective, isometric, and orthographic projections from blueprints, sketches, photographs, hardware, and oral/written descriptions that meet quality, technical accuracy, format, production standards, military standards and specifications, and customer requirements.
Develops and produces exploded view illustrations of assemblies in proper sequence of assembly or disassembly using drawings and computer generated CAD files.
Prepares format drawings, layouts, charts, and modification drawings; sizes artwork and photographs for final page layout.
Works with Engineering and Logistics Documentation to identify “no-fit” and other technical data package drawing deficiencies.
Creates graphic art using various software packages as well as traditional board methods for proposals and other special projects.
May participate in customer validation/verification reviews.
Contacts within Engineering and occasional contacts in shop to obtain drawings or parts for illustrative examples. Ability to operate a digital camera for obtaining reference material when drawings are unavailable.
Utilizes CAD software to select, modify, and output CAD drawings for input into the illustration software.
Maintains a safe work environment and ensures compliance with safety objectives and policies.
