As a graphic designer, this role uses the talent, experience and passion for design to create innovative and compelling content. This role expertly and actively manages the required workflow and demands of various projects. This position collaborates with other creative team members, the marketing team, and other departments within the organization for deliverables and projects.
Essential Responsibilities:
Design Function:
Collaborates with the Mgr, Creative Operations, other members of the marketing team and clients to support all organization creative and marketing obligations.
Takes the lead to create modern, compelling, unique, and inventive brand and marketing campaign designs across multiple platforms from concept to delivery.
Determines voice and messaging for graphic design pieces.
Quality assurance function for design spelling, grammar, and file production issues.
Manages a range of design revisions as needed.
Works with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
Produces and organizes final files for print production and/or digital use.
Applies ingenuity, creativity, analytical, and organizational skills to identify and evaluate design problems and develop strong solutions.
Ensures projects are completed in a timely manner and under the budget restrictions.
Manages multiple projects with different timelines and deadlines.
Familiarity and alignment to brand guidelines and understanding of how they intuitively drive the visual direction of marketing and communications.

Essential Functions
Develop creative presentation layouts based on knowledge of standard graphic design and layout principles.

Review and manipulate files received from clients, partners, consultants and/or vendors as well as upload and download files to various systems.
Contribute to development of signage and other environmental graphics as needed to support broader creative initiatives.
Prepare mockups and discuss intent with the Graphic Design Manager and project team and make necessary changes.
Stay current on design trends, techniques to bring fresh perspective to their work.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent professional experience, with 3-4 years of experience in a non-marketing graphic design role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability to work across multiple programs and apply creative solutions consistently across platforms.
Knowledge of layout design principles, tools, and techniques used in the creation of presentation materials.
Knowledge of, or strong interest in, immersive experience design and the themed entertainment industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and tasks.
Ability to think visually, solve complex problems, make judgments, decisions and think logically and critically.
Excellent organizational skills and be able to comply with established standards for file naming conventions and file folder structure for assets.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our Design and Development team. In this full-time role, you will design and produce environmental graphics, signage, and digital assets for a diverse range of attraction projects within the Ripley brand. You'll collaborate closely with creative, attraction design, and print teams to deliver graphics for everything from small vinyl decals to immersive multimedia displays and large-scale banners. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives both independently and in a collaborative team environment. This is an IN-OFFICE role located in Orlando, Florida.
Key Responsibilities
Research, develop, and present creative concepts and graphic elements for various projects.
Create preliminary design concepts and presentations for stakeholder review and approval.
Prepare final design files for print production, ensuring correct materials and specifications.
Generate innovative ideas for photo opportunities, exhibit displays, wall treatments, and interactive experiences.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant graphic design experience, with strong emphasis/experience in museums, theme parks, attractions, or location-based entertainment projects.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent professional experience.
Proven ability to take projects from concept through to production-ready artwork.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience with AI design tools for concept development and generating graphic files.
Strong design sensibility, with expertise in typography, composition, and color.
Solid understanding of print file preparation, including bleed, trim, and cut paths.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills (Pluses)
Knowledge of various printing materials and processes.

Requirements:
Create high-impact visuals for digital, print, social media, packaging, menus, signage, in-restaurant experiences, and more.
Bring Hawkers' brand personality to life through bold, vibrant, culturally inspired design.
Collaborate closely with the brand team and other departments to conceptualize campaigns, activations, and experiential moments.
Work closely with the VP of Marketing to maintain and evolve our brand identity ecosystem, ensuring consistency while pushing visual boundaries.

Manage design-focused vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality partnerships, efficiencies, and production.
Stay plugged into pop culture, design trends, street culture, food culture, and creator spaces, and be open (and excited about) bringing those insights into your work.
What You Bring to the Table:
2-5 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or creative roles (agency or in-house).
A portfolio that showcases bold creative storytelling and a love for culture-driven design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; motion skills are a major plus.
Ability to balance creative ambition with practical application across multiple mediums.
Strong communication and collaboration skills. You know how to bring people along for the creative ride.

The Graphic Designer develops and creates visual concepts to effectively communicate ideas and information. They will work in-office, and closely with the Graphic Design Manager and project team. Essential Functions
* Develop creative presentation layouts based on knowledge of standard graphic design and layout principles.
* Adhere to creative and IP guidelines of the project and be able to design around those restrictions.
* Make determinations on typography and visual relationships between illustrative and written elements to achieve clear composition.
* Understand how to develop and format graphics in required sizes and resolutions for both digital presentations and possible print applications.

* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Ability to work across multiple programs and apply creative solutions consistently across platforms.
