Description:
The Athletics are seeking a GraphicDesigner to support and help shape the development of concepts, designs, and production across a wide range of creative projects for the A's new ballpark in Las Vegas. This role will collaborate closely with the Senior GraphicDesigner and other internal stakeholders to bring the ballpark's visual identity to life.

Responsibilities:
Develop creative and visually compelling designs for a wide range of marketing collateral, including but not limited to:
Digital advertisements (social media graphics, website banners, email marketing templates)
Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, signage, invitations)
Sales presentations and pitch decks
Environmental graphics for the stadium (wayfinding, promotional displays)
Merchandise and promotional item designs
Ensure all design work aligns with established brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Communications teams to understand project objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomes.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and shifting priorities.
Communicate and coordinate with external vendors on production of printed and physical collateral.
Organize and maintain digital assets and design files effectively.
Create high-quality deliverables using industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Provide and receive constructive feedback throughout the creative process.
Stay current on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
2+ years of professional graphicdesign experience
Strong and diverse online portfolio
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and knowledge of the print production process
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a strong attention to detail
Experience in file setup for print production and outgoing graphics for optimal resolution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Works cross functionally and collaboratively with various departments
Demonstrated time management and multitasking skills
Bachelor's degree in GraphicDesign, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Preflight and prepare customer-supplied artwork for large-format printing, ensuring correct sizing, resolution, bleeds, color profiles, and file setup.
Review and correct artwork errors, including missing fonts, low-resolution imagery, color inconsistencies, and formatting issues.
Create print-ready layouts for a wide range of trade show assets: booth graphics, signs, structures, panels, hanging banners, SEG, vinyl, fabric, etc.
Design & Prepare 2D Graphics for large-format printing when needed.
Work closely with project managers and production teams to confirm specs, templates, hardware requirements, and deadlines.

Communicate with clients or internal teams when artwork clarification or additional assets are needed.

Qualifications:
2-4+ years of prepress, preflight, or large-format production experience (trade show or signage industry strongly preferred).

Civil Science is looking for a sharp, imaginative, and self-driven Visual / GraphicDesigner to take the lead on everything visual-our brand, our proposals, and our story. If you've spent time in the A/E/C world and have a knack for turning engineering content into compelling, beautiful visual experiences… this is your playground.
We want someone who owns their craft, thrives on solving creative challenges, and naturally asks,

You'll touch proposals, digital campaigns, public-facing materials, conference collateral, and internal communication pieces. If you love variety, this role delivers it.
This position is highly collaborative-you'll partner directly with senior leadership, HR, project managers, and teams to elevate our voice and visual identity. Bring your portfolio, your perspective, and your ambition. We'll give you room to shape the creative direction of a growing engineering firm that values great design.
What You'll Do
Own the visual brand across the entire company-from proposals to social campaigns to conference booths.
Translate complex engineering concepts into clean, compelling, and easily grasped visuals.
Design modern, polished proposals using layout, typography, imagery, and graphics that tell a clear story and make Civil Science stand out.
Develop consistent marketing materials for multiple offices, disciplines, and project types.
Partner in the marketing process, understanding campaign goals and helping shape strategy through design.
Create and evolve graphic assets that strengthen Civil Science's brand identity and presence.
Design for print and digital, including infographics, ads, flyers, banners, slide decks, and event materials.
Support digital initiatives, including web content, social media visuals, animations/GIFs, and other online assets.
Qualifications
2+ years of graphicdesign experience in a professional setting- A/E/C industry experience a requirement
A portfolio demonstrating versatility, originality, and strong foundational design skills.
Bachelor's degree in GraphicDesign preferred (or equivalent experience).
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite-InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, the works.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment, turning complex ideas into clear, engaging visual content
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
Ability to set up and participate in activities, which may include squatting, bending, and lifting.
