Responsibilities: EMAIL Collaborate with Email Team to provide email photo selects, layout & design Produce best-in-class emails using graphics, photography, and motion graphics that engage and inform Identify and execute on email growth initiatives, brand awareness, and education using quality visual means Ensure all email graphics, email layout, and all email visuals are on brand to create next-level emails driving engagement with our growing brand Work quickly to create assets for topical or last-minute campaigns DIGITAL MARKETING Create digital ad graphics and visuals to create show-stopping ads driving engagement on Rhoback products (this will often be the same graphics from the emails, just adjusted slightly) PRINT COLLATERAL Collaborate with merchandising, marketing and creative team to build print collateral including mailers, catalogs, line books, in-store signage & other printed materials. Create all graphics and layout that will elevate the brand projection and product offering WEB DESIGN Collaborate with Website Team to create all website graphics, website layout, and all website visuals for seasonal campaigns & deliveries BRANDING Collaborate with lead designers & Creative Director to best understand and develop unified brand voice and vision, and constantly ideate on ways to use art & design to tell Rhoback's story.     Description We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Illustrator to develop festive, on-brand artwork for a holiday campaign with a major client. This role will collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and production teams to bring seasonal concepts to life across digital and print channels. Responsibilities Create original illustrations that capture the warmth, excitement, and festive tone of the holiday season. Develop artwork for a variety of campaign deliverables, including social content, digital ads, packaging accents, in-store signage, and promotional materials. Translate brand guidelines into whimsical, holiday-focused visuals that enhance product storytelling. Work with the art director and copywriter to align visuals with campaign messaging and strategy. Prepare final artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand consistency. Iterate quickly based on feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
