CCMSI graphic designer/marketing assistant job description

This position is responsible for designing, creating, and delivering high quality finished graphic projects to support all aspects of marketing, association and corporate communications. This includes newsletters, flyers, advertisements, direct mail, sales collateral, presentation materials and other assignments as necessary effectively in a fast-paced dynamic team environment while assuming accountability for the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of the finished assignment.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for the printing, collating, binding, PDFing of responses to RFPs and questionnaires.

Prepares artworks that may include annual client events, advertising, web pages, brochures, and miscellaneous flyers, forms, and specialty displays, annual publications, to support CCMSI and clients marketing and communication.

Designs artwork and works with CCMSI leaders to ensure consistency of color, style and design images for print material, as well as CCMSI website(s).

Leads CCMSI promotional ordering efforts, to include CCMSI merchandise website and internal stock of merchandise.

Uses PC based programs and large-scale printing programs to design, edit and maintain graphic art projects, departmental records and communications.

Responsible for the update of information contained on CCMSI's external website, www.ccmsi.com.

Responsible for the update of information in assigned sections of the CCMSI intranet page(s), The Pulse.

Responsible for the quarterly database updates and data collection within the RFP database.

Partners with respective management team members to coordinate marketing and promotional activities for key annual client events.

Extract and distribute all answers of the CCMSI RFP Database for additional use in collateral materials and advertising for marketing purposes.

Coordinate the shipping and promotional item ordering of convention items for regional and national convention requests.

Assist with all required marketing efforts.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

BA or BS in Graphic Design or Marketing

Computer Skills

Comprehensive knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Corel, Illustrator, and various other design software. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word , Excel , PowerPoint ).
Working knowledge of both PC and Mac Platforms.
