Festival Betances (Flagship Event)

We are looking for a GraphicDesigner with extensive signage experience including the architectural aspects of sign design. As a GraphicDesigner at Spectrum Signs & Graphics you will collaborate with our sales team, vendors and clients to create/prepare designs and drawings for all types of signage. We manufacture a large portion of our signage products in-house and partner with strategic vendors for other elements such as digital message boards. We offer full installation services in our regional markets and are part of the 3M national installers' network.
Requirements:
• Highly experienced with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop) and/or equivalent experience with Corel Draw for technical designs such as those used in permitting and construction,
• 2+ years of Signage Design experience to include architectural and technical aspects of these designs,
• Thorough understanding of requirements and process of related permitting process,
• Previous exposure or proficiency in SketchUp a plus,
• A strong knowledge of materials, fabrication methods and mechanical aptitude,
• Ability to work effectively in fast paced, deadline driven, ever-changing, multidisciplinary environment with a team and individually,
• Well organized with high attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed designs for signage products listed below:
o Interior Signage (ADA Signage, Interior Wall Signs, Room Signs)
o Vinyl Graphics
o Banners
o Wayfinding Signage
o Building Signage (Ex: Pan Channel Letters/logos, sign cabinets)
o Monument Signs (Freestanding Signs)
o Digital Signage,
• Prepare Production files for use on equipment such as Large Format Printers, Plotters, Cutters and others,
• Coordinate with sales, project management and production to achieve client signage/branding goals, while complying with any applicable city regulations,
• Other tasks as needed to achieve the needs of our clients.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented GraphicDesigner to support marketing initiatives for Martignetti Companies. This role focuses on designing and formatting point-of-sale (POS) materials for both print and digital media, as well as creating engaging social media content. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud applications and can manage multiple design projects independently while maintaining alignment with corporate brand standards.
Essential Job Functions
Meeting or communicating with clientele to understand what they want and conceptualize what they are looking for.
Design and reformat marketing POS materials for print and digital media.
Ensure all artwork meets brand guidelines and print/digital specifications.
Collaborate with corporate teams to align designs with marketing campaigns, if applicable.
Develop creative designs and sample layouts using principles of composition and aesthetic design. Review and finalize layouts for print production, recommending enhancements where appropriate.
Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using computer graphics software packages or other mediums.
Communicates artistic themes in flyers, posters, drink lists, handbooks, annual reports, logos, or other company presentation materials for our customers and suppliers.
Create and design social media graphics and posts using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Schedule and manage posts using Buffer across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Develop content ideas and visuals to support promotional and seasonal campaigns.
Provide weekly contact and updates to corporate marketing for NNE (Northern New England)
Operate independently to manage creative workflow, deadlines, and priorities.
Familiar with Robohead for Project scheduling
Requirements

Maintain Computer files - saving work with the appropriate titles and in the correct location
Timely and accurate completion of work
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling in repairs.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops and reviewing professional publications.
Education/Training/Experience
Degree or Certificate in GraphicDesign or related field
Experience with computer design and layout programs required
Experience designing for both print and digital media
Strong understanding of social media marketing and post scheduling (Buffer experience required), including familiarity with Facebook and Instagram.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Other programs we currently use include Ontrak, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite.
Other Skills/Abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain strong communication with corporate marketing.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills
To work and concentrate in a loud office setting
Ability to lift 30 or more pounds
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a retail or grocery marketing environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work for both digital and print campaigns.
