Job Summary

Essential Functions
GraphicDesign
Guide the visual direction for all Hope Media Group brands.
Maintain brand standards and educate HMG team members on best practices for brand use.
Audit digital platforms (website, app, social media) and ensure all departments are following guidelines and staying on-brand and graphics are optimized for each platform.
Create visual assets for all brands. Designgraphics from initial concept to final product for all Hope Media Group brands. Visual needs include marketing, promotional campaigns, ministry branding, websites, social media, video support, donor, internal needs, email banners, blog feature images and video thumbnails.
Use Adobe Creative Suite to execute designs and continually learn to improve technical and artistic skills.
Train and guide new designers in brand style and practices.
Assist other designers in project management, design concepts and critiques.
Manage the design request inbox, evaluate project needs and delegate tasks to a designer to complete.
Meet with internal clients to discuss projects, advise on design practices and determine the best solution. Attend relevant meetings to speak on behalf of designers and communicate the design needs of the organization with the designers.

Houston Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Houston is $24.00 to $43.50 per hour.
