We are seeking a Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our team and bring JECT's brand story to life across digital platforms. This role is hybrid, based in New York City, with an in-store presence at least 3 days per week and willingness to travel across all tri-state JECT locations. Roles &Responsibilities Graphic Design: Design elevated brand assets for use across all brand platforms (web, OOH, organic social media, and paid media) On Site Engagement: Spend time on-site at JECT locations capturing content - including provider treatments, behind-the-scenes footage, and lifestyle moments. Edit the videos into high quality assets we can use across channels. Content Creation: Produce high-quality photo, video, and graphic assets that capture JECT's brand identity and services for social media, website, email, and advertising campaigns. Visual Storytelling: Translate client experiences, provider expertise, and brand campaigns into compelling visuals across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other channels. On-Site Production: Regularly visit JECT locations to capture real-time content (treatments, events, client experiences, staff highlights). Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative assets align with JECT's voice, values, and visual identity. Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Store Leadership to plan shoots, brainstorm content ideas, and execute campaigns. Performance Tracking: Collaborate with Marketing Leadership to analyze engagement metrics and optimize content strategy. Trend-spotting: Stay current with graphic design trends, social media trends, competitor content, and emerging platforms to keep JECT at the forefront of digital aesthetics marketing. Qualifications & Required Skills 5+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, digital marketing, or social media production, preferably in beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle. Strong graphic design skills with expertise in photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Strong photography, videography, and editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools). Excellent understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, with a portfolio of past work. Strong storytelling ability with an eye for aesthetics and brand cohesion. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, managing multiple priorities with creativity and agility. Comfortable working in-store with staff and clients; strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to travel across all tri-state JECT locations as needed.
