Desired Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in design or a related field of study
7+ years of relevant work experience
Demonstrate knowledge of high-fidelity prototyping and testing experiences
Have experience with user-centric design overall
Experience with design technical and business web applications
Exhibit expertise with Figma
Ability to digest and translate complex technical requirements into intuitive experiences
Portfolio of UX design work from pencil and whiteboard, to wireframes and prototypes
Experience with JIRA
Experience with Smart Sheets and/or Google Suite
