HydroJug is seeking a skilled GraphicDesigner to support our product, retail, and marketing initiatives. This role will play a key part in bringing products to life through high-quality visuals, with a strong focus on product renders, tech packs, PR box concepts, and wholesale/retail assets that drive sell-through. Key Responsibilities
Create photorealistic 3D product renders for both new and existing HydroJug products
Develop accurate, production-ready tech packs for manufacturing partners
Design PR box concepts, packaging, and creative assets for product launches
Support Wholesale and Retail initiatives by creating visual assets such as planograms, sell sheets, in-store signage, and merchandising visuals
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure brand consistency, quality, and accuracy across all deliverables
Qualifications
Proven experience as a GraphicDesigner, preferably within consumer products or retail brands
Strong portfolio showcasing product renders, packaging design, and brand-focused work

Get experience supporting systems and delivering services to users at Church headquarters and millions of users throughout the world.
Front-end web design
Work to ensure all communications and materials meet Church standards
Graphicdesign skills advantageous

Transfer user insights into quality user experiences
Assist product managers in developing successful product launch activities, including training, awareness activities, targeted communications, etc.

Work Schedule:
This is a 40 hour per week internship that is expected to last approximately 4 months. Normal office hours are between 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
The offices are located in either Riverton, UT or Lehi, UT. Remote or hybrid options are available.

The Opportunity:

What you will do:
Demonstrate strong graphicdesign skills with proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator to produce high-quality marketing and brand materials
Create digital assets, including pitch decks, templates, sales collateral, e-newsletters, and advertisements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute our brand identity
Develop and implement the social media strategy for our brands, alongside the marketing team
Manage web changes on Areté Collective and Denton House websites, and assist with development sites
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
Report to the Corporate Marketing Director, with opportunity for growth as the company expands
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or GraphicDesign required
Minimum 5 years of GraphicDesign experience
Experience working for a luxury brand required - Interior Design or Luxury Real Estate experience and/or Development preferred
Strong working experience with Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and WordPress
Strong writing, organizational, project management, and time management skills
Ability to take on a variety of roles simultaneously and manage shifting priorities
Strong communication and presentation skills -verbal, written, and visually
Autonomous and self-sufficient, can take instruction and easily run with it to completion
Must be willing to work onsite in the office
