Your Day-to-Day
Every day looks different, but here's a snapshot of what you'll be up to:
· Ensure projects fit with brand guidelines and are of high quality. Manages multiple projects simultaneously and ensures on time on budget results.
· Participate in creative process and execution for sermon series and special events. Plans designs by studying the need and style of each ministry. Contributes to the creative team on project ideations and execution for other ministries.
· Collaborate with creative team for all-hands-on-deck projects. This could include but is not limited to capturing photos, helping on video shoots, and being at events for design updates.
· Demonstrate fluency in Adobe Creative Suite. Good understanding of color, line, composition, and design.
· Perform other church duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Ministry Strategy to help all people, of all ages, all the time, advance in their journey with Christ

About the Role

Responsibilities:
Retouch, color-correct, crop, and optimize product photography for web, print, and e-commerce platforms.
Maintain consistent lighting, tone, and style across all imagery.
Integrate product photography into compositions using stock images and custom digital backdrops.
Create vector artwork for personalization, engraving, and new product designs.
Produce accurate, scalable production files for personalization production.
Adapt and refine customer-provided designs into vendor-ready artwork for large custom orders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or higher degree in graphic design or other design-related degree.

Expert proficiency in Adobe Suite: Adobe Photoshop (photo editing, retouching) and Adobe Illustrator (vector artwork, production files).
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and maintaining brand consistency.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Bonus: experience with photoshoots, video editing, or social media content creation; familiarity with Shopify or Klaviyo.

**Job Description**
As an **I&C Designer** at Olsson, you will support the development of high-quality engineering solutions for data center projects.You'llassistin preparing instrumentation and controls design documents, collaborate with engineers and other disciplines, and help ensure designs meet project requirements and safety standards.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare instrumentation engineering/design deliverables including:
+ Instrument Index
+ Instrument Data Sheets
+ Installation Details
+ Instrument Location Plans
+ Wiring Diagrams and Loop Diagrams
+ Develop control systems (DCS/PLC) data sheets and design documents:
+ I/O Lists
+ Process Control Narratives
+ Graphic Sketches
+ Cause & Effect Diagrams
+ Alarm Rationalization
+ Coordinate with third-party control system vendors and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
+ Develop and review P&IDs for various projects.
+ Select and size I&C components such as valves, thermowells, orifice plates, and relief valves.
+ Collaborate across disciplines to develop level sketches and ensure design integration.
+ Review vendor documentation and provide technical recommendations.
+ Mentor junior engineers and support team development.
+ Ensure compliance with company and project site safety policies.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

**You bring to the team:**
+ Experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
+ Associate's degree preferred
+ 5+ years of experience in instrumentation and controls design, preferably in data center or industrial projects.
+ Proficiency in engineering design software and tools, including REVIT.
+ Strong understanding of control systems (DCS/PLC), instrumentation technologies, and industry standards.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external vendors.
+ A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering solutions that meet technical and safety requirements.
